I like that I can sign up for any class I want and not have to worry about getting there 30 minutes early to get a bike. I also really like the instructors and people who work there.

The cost is affordable - bikes great quality with monitors - great customer service - and live the new food options! Only complaint is u don't offer more cycle class times in mb. Lunch sessions would be great! So would some later weekend options

I really enjoy the Barre classes- esp. Natalie How shes great!!! I feel I am getting a strengthening and toning workout without the high intensity that I don't prefer. I would love to try one of Natalie's 30/30 cycle barre classes but I cant make the times she has.

I love the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night classes. All three instructors are awesome and the class times work well into my personal schedule.
I also like Jen's sat morning class as well as Angela and Sara's Sun morning classes although they are tougher to squeeze into a busy weekend schedule.
I also want to compliment you on the bikes and the nice spacious studio.

My first time. Was a very welcoming staff at desk & made me feel comfortable and at ease. Great personal attention by Franca at Barre class.
The 30/30 cycling and barre class is my favorite. Great instructors and enjoy that the classes are smaller and not huge like other fitness studios.
