Everything- Pilates has improved my life and health in more ways than I could have imagined. My Pilates practice has become such an integral part of my days/weeks that I cannot imagine not having it. The instructors are top notch and I sincerely value and appreciate their personal investment in what they do, and so clearly enjoy doing. The studio in Mechanicsburg is large enough to accommodate a variety of classes/times and small enough to feel like it is a personal experience with instructors and small class groups.
Many classes two choose from but it would be nice 2 have more evening or very early mat classes. Safe, very knowledgeable instructors. Thank y for doing what y do!

my instructor, Keri Feldman, goes above and
beyond to challenge us to experience the best
workout possible, and she has helped me to
achieve various movements that I did not think were
in my realm of capabilities.

I am completely new to Pilates and was a little uneasy about going to my first private session. The instructors have been great!!!! Very encouraging and sensitive to my fibromyalgia issues. The instructors were also very helpful explaining the different classes and making recommendations. I was alittle overwhelmed trying to figure out the pricing of the packages and the different classes offered but they took the time to help me out. I'm hoping to be able to come up with a package I can afford. It has already helped reduce my pain :O)

Everyone was very friendly. The studio is beautiful and so inviting. My class with Keri was great. I felt she was very encouraging.
Allison is a Great instructor and made sure I got a great workout while my baby was fussing during mommy and me!! She didn't let it get in the way of an awesome workout.
