We hired them to clean out the air ducts & they did a great job. Only one suggestion > please tell the customer to leave all vent covers in the floor or ask the technician to place them in the floor opening before taping over the opening. Three of our covers were pulled out and sitting on the floor next to the vent hole, but all others were still in the floor. Had I known the machine would clean the vent covers, too, I would have made certain they were all in the floor. Just a kind gesture that takes the tech two seconds, but saves time for the homeowner time.

You do a great job getting the coffee stains out of the carpet in the fellowship hall. And you worked very hard to get it done for us on our time frame. Thank you!
