The Dailey Method produces results you can see. I love the emphasis on long, lean muscle and alignment, and that stretching is integrated into each class.

The teachers in Roseville are AWESOME!!!! This has made me strong head to toe.
I am DISAPOINTED with the scheduling on Thursdays in Roseville. Having Infusion and Interval back to back.

And the other suggestion I would make is that when people come in they are to find a barre space and not the
middle of the floor. It makes it hard when we start our floor work having someones foot in our face.
But over all I LOVE the Dailey Method!!!!!

The results speak for themselves. Only place in town that does abs/core thre right way, and i'v tried a lot of them. All the instructors are very knowledgable and add a little of their own flavor.

Heather G is an amazing instructor! Challenging class with lots of variety, never boring and her cues and help are always spot on!
6 am classes every weekday, personal attention to alignment, all the classes are challenging. Plus I love all the 6 am teachers - they all have their own way of making an early class motivating and fun. And challenging!
