Friendliness and helpfulness of staff members and Dr. Halperin's nurse. There was a very long wait due to the doctor's being called in to deliver a baby, but everyone was so nice I couldn't complain at all. Dr. Halperin was informative and gave me good instructions for follow-up.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very relaxing and calm, there was no wait per se. The doctor and his staff are very organize. Love it!
