The personal touch to ever part of our training. Everyone knows your name and gives you a real sense that they really want you to succeed. The individual expectations and the fact that when you struggle, the trainer is right there with another exercise that fits where you are in training. I have made so much progress in my first year and plan on continuing for the rest of my life.
I have tried many times to workout on my own, but each time it becomes a fight against myself. "I dont feel like going today" "You've done enough, you can go home now" etc etc.
With Get Fit I actually like being there. I feel like I am actually getting a workout, instead of just wasting my time. And having the trainers there to make sure I am actually doing the workouts correctly brings me so much piece of mind.

Folks ask what we are doing to stay in shape and we always pass along your name. All seem interested and some are thinking about it. A lot see the t-shirts and gets the conversation going as well.

I love how supportive everyone is here and how the coaches really encourage you to be all you can be. I love that the coaches show you how to do an exercise correctly if your doing it incorrectly it makes it so you can fix it and do better the next time. I love that they make us work hard but it leads to positive results. The pushing and encouragement is what some of us need.
Individual attention
I like how accommodating you are when a client has an issue & cannot perform at 100%. If you have a question or concern staff is very prompt at answering you. I've been with you guys for 7 years & I absolutely love it. I remember my first day there & I was thinking I was never going to make it. I made the 1st 2 weeks then committed myself to being there longer. Then, there was the running up & down the hill in Epsom. Oh boy, that was fun (not really) lol. I did get to the point of running down & up - yahoo! When I made the decision to transfer from Epsom to Concord I was really afraid of being with new clients & coaches. I love being with you all 💜

The coaches are so attentive and supportive. I have never been able to stick to working out and taking care of my health and body with such commitment before joining Getfit! I will add the most recent disappointment I have had with Getfit would be the handling off suspending my membership for a month this summer. I have been a client of Getfit for more then five years and I felt hurt the way I was spoken to. I made the mistake by not giving a 30 day notice, but feel since I have been a long time client it should have been handled in a better fashion.
Adjustment of exercises for injuries. Coaches are very concerned for each individual's performance. I'm going to miss Cari, hope herr replacement is as friendly and caring as she was.
