I like how the stylists keep notes on file about how I like my hair to be cut. It makes each visit easier since I'm not always explaining what I want to each new person who cuts my hair. Also, the shampoo and scalp massage are totally worth the money. It's not only relaxing, but it means I don't leave with a bunch of loose hair all over my shirt. The stylists are really pleasant, too!
