The quickness in which your crew responds to my emergencies. I have 19 offices in the Tulsa Metro area, and you have responded quickly to handle these needs. Your office staff is very kind and a pleasure to talk to.

What do you like about our specialty cleaning services?

You have a very friendly staff, and accommodating to my needs. Those needs sometimes require a quick cleaning of carpets for my firm, and you have risen to the task each and every time. I have been treated very professionally every time I have called, which makes me want to continue to call!!

What do you like about our specialty cleaning services?

I have had the opportunity to work with Megan to have our tax offices' carpets cleaned. She has fit us into her schedule where it appeared full (there were some cancellations). When an office is scheduled, it is completed in a very timely manner. I have met 5 of your staff members and I like the fact that we now know a face with a voice and can continue to work towards pleasing one another.
