The trainers, Dave and Scott in particular, and Chris as well, are excellent. Joe is very good about allowing flexible training schedules which has been really helpful to us this year due to unanticipated health issues that have interfered with our regular training schedules. It's a great organization and we're very pleased to be a part of it.

I like the one on one personal training! I used to work out at home and was happy. I was getting ready for two big trips and need an extra push so was thinking about joining a gym. My BF said he would get me a membership at his gym 24hr but he knows I would only use it for a trainer so he agreed I should join EIF! I have not regrets! Love EIF!

Great trainers who know "their stuff." Very modern and clean facilities. Goal oriented programs.
Trainers are friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Plus, one can actually feel that the exercises are working. Twice a week and I am good to go. Special attention to one's needs is very important. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!!!!

Based on what I observed about my friend, I joined your EIF program about 1 year ago. I am extremely satisfied with your program, your wonderful personal trainers, and how well they have worked with me! Those close to me have seen results in my appearance overall, as I have.
I will be renewing my membership for another year with the resolution to try harder on my part to produce further results.
Your personal trainers are top-notch, and have the expertise to work with all ages, of which I am a more senior member. They challenge, but respect any real limitations. They motivate with encouragement and humor. I greatly respect everyone at EIF with whom I have worked with.
