Service was quick, friendly and I thought it was a good haircut (stylist did excatly what I asked for).
I had never been into SportsClips before and kind of thought it might be a 1-location place, now I know differently. Even though I live several hours away from Aurora (visiting daughter), I was impressed that the stylist still went ahead and offered the promotional/free hot towel and neck/shoulder massage. And must say I liked that there was Golf on tv ! (lol)
I gave one of two free haircut vouchers to my son-in-law who lives in Aurora, and the other to my son (lives in Richmond Hill).
So overall, a good impression & experience...like the concept... it felt more comfortable than the modern unisex salon type of place, but also that the person who cut my hair was quite skilled and it was better experience/service and cut quality than you get at a discount/bargain basement shop. I'd definitely go back.
