#1 - staff. Always get my hair cut by Ashleigh at the Aurora location. She is awesome, so friendly and always cuts my hair the way I would like. Have had other staff before as well and get very good service.

Cleanest fade I've ever gotten
Mandy is great. She did a great job with my 6 year old son’s hair. She also made him super comfortable, listened to him and made it an awesome experience. He asks to only go when she is in.

I like the service at the Aurora location. Mandy is amazing a perfect hair cut every time I’ve gone in for myself or my son.
Online booking needs improvement. I tried to book Thursday night at 6:45 when store closes at 8. Wasn’t able to as online was dark? I had to call store to ask what was wrong. Luckily, Ashleigh answered and explained the backlog was too long & I was unable to book. Therefore I had to book on Friday. However, I’m unable to book before Ashleigh logs in to the system so I can be her first client. Please improve system to pre-book before stylist logs on.
