Friendly. Had cut style in system, so no long discussion about what I wanted. Good pricing, and especially like occasional back of neck trim for free, though I always leave a tip.

Always a good haircut. Love the hot steam towel and massage. Though I feel the massage chairs could have more power but thats the Tim Taylor in me.
