How each browtist takes their time
Fast. Look great
It's quick and easy. I do have my favorite person but even if she isn't there I can get my brows done quickly and easily by someone else. The staff is friendly and I never have to wait for more than a few minutes.

Everything. Most importantly I always love my brows (and lip...and chin) but mostly w lip and chin you just want the hair gone - when it comes to brows I always love the shape!
Second: cleanliness: the place is always clean and a perfect temp. ( I know it seems weird to care about temp but my immediate response to pain of any sort is to start sweating so when those little hairs start getting threaded out it makes a world of difference to not have it be stifling hot!)
Third: The staff is always friendly and quick! I don't need a lot of small talk to feel comfortable and they're perfectly welcoming w out overdoing it
Another great perk: The services are affordable - this is super important because it allows me to come back pretty regularly.
My brows look amazing and everyone is always super nice. Friday's visit was no different, my brows look great, but for the first time I have visible irritation over my brows. At the time I thought her technique was more vigorous than previous visits. My brows do look amazing, but 36 hours later, I still have a rash. Next time I'll know to say something. Thanks very much for the opportunity to give feedback.

You ladies do a fantastic job at your customer service and of course making us feel great about our eye brows. I really appreciate the fact when I was there, my baby got a little fussy. One of the ladies there insisted I use one of their private work spaces to nurse my baby. Great people!

Always friendly. When Dolly is there run to perfection. Not as on the mark
When she is not there. For example when I was facial threaded at Black mountain
Dolly noticed my face had been knicked and apologetically refunded me $5.
At the Hillcrest location I have been knicked on a few occasions and no one cares.
They say I have sensitive skin and oh well.
That part of my service has been disappointing but Hillcrest is closer to my
Home.
