Every brow artist I get does a perfect job and my eyebrows are perfectly shaped every time. They offer efficient service and great customer satisfaction. I only go to Dolly's because I trust them.
No appointment necessary. Most times there is little to no wait. Staff is always professional and friendly. Non-judgemental (though words or non-verbal). Noticed callers are careful to keep privacy of those they call to remind of appointments. Threaders are always checking in with customer's preferences, often are critical of their own work by checking & checking, a couple times someone has checked with other threaders for their expert eyes too. Sense of collaboration. No cross talking with other staffers in the middle of attending to a customer allows for full attention to their work and customer. Waiting area is simple, clean and access to bathroom & water is convenient. Well done BBD!
