Seems easy enough to use and figure out. I do like the marketing campaigns that can go along with Market Sharp. Not sure that I'm going to pursue using Market Sharp, I am looking for a program that I can do estimates with and sync it into quick books as well.
Dont know yet. We just did the demo - However, Chad has been awesome to work with and answers everyone of my questions (that i'm sure i asked twice) in full.

Chad Ellickson is a great rep., he's easy to talk to, easy to listen to, and graciously repeated most of his presentation for someone who had to leave the room. MS looks like a great product.
I apprecaited the time that was taken out to show me the products that I was interested in. Chad did a great job explaining everything in terms that I could understand. It looks very user friendly and we are hopeful that we will be able to create a budget for it in a couple of months.

I've been listening to your webinars but have not actually purchased your program as of yet. I am strongly considering it and have spoken to Chad a number of times - market is really weak in our area at this time.
Great marketing ability however software not robust enough for a company that has a robust sales force in multiple areas, manufacturing & installation . Sales staff was excellent in follow up and presentation.
It is a well thought out interface and the team is very helpful in training. I have always had a good customer experience with you - even when I had to settle for a work around instead of a program change. The platform is pretty stable so I don't have to relearn how to use the program every time there is a new release. It doesn't take long to get the feel for the layout of the program and it is very customizable which I like a lot. If I could get everyone in my company to "buy in" to using MarketSharp it would solve a lot of communication problems and make our workflow much smoother. Even so, it has proven to be an invaluable tool. Plus I like the webinars! Tim and the team do a fantastic job with them.

There is lots of support to use the system but it seems we have to ask. The web training worked well and was informative however 1 time didn't get it. The guys that do the training and the tech support etc. really do seen to know the system and that we really appreciate.
