The way the workouts are set up

Easy to follow, coaches and staff are kind and helpful, facility is clean and has enough space to move around. OT is the perfect type of gym and workout for me! They are a nice tidy 50-60 minutes, hit a multitude of muscle groups, a little cardio, HIIT, weights, core, balance all in a fun fast flow with fun music that you don’t have to think about. They push you more than you ever would on your own and when class is done you have about 12 minutes you can stay in the gym to stretch more before the next class starts which is what I need but then you have to leave which I also appreciate so that I don’t spend too long dragging out my workout. The other part I like is that they support you in honoring your commitment to exercise. You have to commit to the class ahead of time, show up, and be on time to class or there is a penalty. Accountability is key!

I joined Orange Theory 2 year ago after having my second baby with the goal to lose pregnancy weight but I am beyond thrilled with the positive changes it has brought to my fitness routine and overall well-being. The workouts are not only challenging but also incredibly effective. The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to provide guidance or modifications to suit individual fitness levels.
One aspect that truly stands out is the heart rate monitoring system. It adds a unique interactive element to the workouts, allowing me to track my progress in real-time and push myself to achieve new personal bests. The post-workout summary email is a great touch, providing a detailed breakdown of my performance and helping me understand the impact of each session.One thing I like most about Bothell studio is its always clean, well-maintained and so many classes to choose from. The scheduling system is convenient, offering a variety of class times to fit into my busy schedule.

It’s a doable but rigorous full body workout, the coaches and staff are consistently great, and all you have to do is show up and they tell you what to do. The studio is also conveniently located close to my house so I can fit in a workout between meetings during the work day.
Absolutely love it! Work outs are challenging but fun and the instructors are really great. If you want to challenge yourself and be in a supporting community then OTF is for you!

The studio is super friendly, and I always feel welcomed and motivated by the staff. The workouts are varied so that I never get bored. And I love that the tread 50 and strength 50 classes have been added! Coaches are fun, encouraging and they play great music!

The instructions correct form with weight training which is not something I see at every OT and it is helpful.
