Couldnt have better things to say about OTF. It holds me accountable and pushes me so much in my workouts! The coaches and staff are amazing.
There are many studios, gyms and approaches to fitness. But there’s only one OTF, where approach is based on individual goals and achievements. I joined in 2016 and at over 1,000 classes I’m still all in. Through injuries, rehab and just plain getting older, Orangetheory has always helped me find and keep my stride. Reach out to your studio, talk to your coaches and especially head coach (yeah, Coach Emily!) and go for “more life.”
Great coaches! Good, well planned workout. Flexibility built in to push only as much as is desired on any given day. Very supportive and no pressure. First gym experience that I have ever enjoyed.
The variety! The encouragement. The music. The coaches. I love it all and I’m sad when I miss a workout. It’s made me realize I’m stronger than I think and I’m only getting stronger.

Love the variety of the workouts and the results I'm seeing. I have a hard time convincing people to pay $200 a month, however. I'm not sure that I'll be able to do it much longer at that rate, but I do love OrangeTheory!
Each session is different. It keeps your body/muscles guessing. You burn a lot of calories.
I love the vibe the coaches give the instructions the music how everything is laid out challenges encouragement is all so good! You just have to experience it to believe it. When you tell the coaches, if you have an injury or like me, I was on Metropolol and I said my heart rate is not gonna go up very high. They were just really understanding and didn’t push me or anything it was I felt very supportive!
Variety and cardio workout
It's efficient. I get a better workout at OTF in one hour than I ever did in three hours at the gym.
Full body workout without the hassle of figuring it out on my own. Energetic instructors always offering tips for a better workout.!
Great for mental health and getting stronger/improving cardiovascular health. Excellent staff and coaches, equipment in working order, good schedule, clean, close to my apartment!

I love holding myself accountable to work out on the days I signed up for classes.
I also love how enthusiastic and motivating the coaches are especially Ashley and Jenny.
Spending an hour of cardio and weight resistance training in a fun, energetic environment sets me up for a positive day full of possibilities and happiness.

I like that the coaches are very helpful and very clear on what you’re doing and they’re very supportive of your journey!
The coaches and the effectiveness. It would be even better if more consideration was given to the music chosen for workouts. Lyrics are often pretty explicit, and even when they’re not the subject-matter is inappropriate for workouts. There is so much inspiring music available. Can the music fit for (and often about) the club and the booth in the back go back to the club? If racial slurs and profanity have to be removed, is it the right music in the first place? To be blunt: my OTF workout is the only place in my life that I still hear racial and misogynistic language. When it starts up I can go get my AirPods and finish my workout, but I can’t hear the trainer and I think we can do better anyway. Everything else here is so thoughtful and on-message. Thank you!
I like the variety and intensity of the workouts. The coaches keep me inspired.
I love OT workouts! Everything is so organized. It takes the guess work out of working out. I love how I just show up and everything is planned. The Coaches are great, the equipment is great. I love the music and the high energy vibe. It's an awesome 1 hr work out. I would definitely recommend OT :)

Group class based workout and its rigour.
Challenging, great music, pushes me more than I would on my own, fun
Too many things:
1) the variety of the workouts (and not really knowing ahead of time cause I don’t want to and shouldn’t 😬)
2) the coaches (especially Julia)
3) the playlists (especially when a coach has a clear theme- the time and effort of hitting ‘the drop’)
4) the admin/welcome staff (that know your name and your favorite starting spot number)
5) the visual display of your stats (and the competition it makes me feel)
6) rowing, FTW!
