I love our community, the coaches, the motivation, and the variety. I love that I can lift weights and get cardio done within an hour. I love that the heart rate monitor helps me to push myself along with the energy of our coaches. It's a great place to workout!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is data driven and very well rounded. At the end of the day you push yourself and burn a lot of calories, but there is enough variety in the workout that it goes by quickly.

What do you like about our workout?

I like just showing up knowing I’m going to get a great workout. Coach Julia is positive, motivating and a great coach. She explains and demonstrates the workouts in a clear and understandable manor. She cheers you on and pushes you just enough. I always look forward to having her as my coach!

What do you like about our workout?

It’s fast, and fun. I’m committed. The strength floor is the best- there is so much variety, the equipment is a great, and I’m motivated to lift like i wouldn’t normally do on my own.

I really appreciate the model that allows you to push yourself but from whatever fitness point you happen to be at in life. I just returned after a year’s absence and while I couldn’t work out as nearly as hard as I could have in the past, I still got the best workout I was capable of doing. I also appreciate the “working out alone, together” energy of OT classes.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the kind way they encourage and push you to be your best self while also letting you run your own workout. I don’t feel guilted needing to take breaks or slow down while my heart rate and body adjusts to working out again. They make me so comfortable which keeps me coming back.

I love how varied it is; always changing. I love the blocks. I love the 30 minutes on the treadmill and the 30 minutes on the floor. It's a solid hour of exercise.
Best of all is the community.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that when I come in, I'm often tired and annoyed about something from my day. When I leave I'm happy. I'm almost always a little bit sore the day after.

I like the variety in the workouts.
