The workout is data driven and very well rounded. At the end of the day you push yourself and burn a lot of calories, but there is enough variety in the workout that it goes by quickly.

It’s fast, and fun. I’m committed. The strength floor is the best- there is so much variety, the equipment is a great, and I’m motivated to lift like i wouldn’t normally do on my own.

I really appreciate the model that allows you to push yourself but from whatever fitness point you happen to be at in life. I just returned after a year’s absence and while I couldn’t work out as nearly as hard as I could have in the past, I still got the best workout I was capable of doing. I also appreciate the “working out alone, together” energy of OT classes.
I like the kind way they encourage and push you to be your best self while also letting you run your own workout. I don’t feel guilted needing to take breaks or slow down while my heart rate and body adjusts to working out again. They make me so comfortable which keeps me coming back.

I love how varied it is; always changing. I love the blocks. I love the 30 minutes on the treadmill and the 30 minutes on the floor. It's a solid hour of exercise.
