I love the workout and the environment!
I love that the workouts keep you guessing from one minute to the next. It keeps it from getting boring & monotonous. The hard parts are short so I can push myself knowing it won’t last too long. I love how much variety there is and feel so accomplished after every workout. And the coach’s are awesome. So fun!
Great
Varied, fast-paced
The workout is preprogrammed for each session. That gives me the freedom to simply show up and get to work vs having to come up with my own. That’s enormous for me, additionally it’s as challenging as I allow it to be. Having the coaches guide you through the intervals and other clients clients pushing themselves, right next to you, is TRULY inspirational. Thumbs up for OTF.

I like that I don’t have to think and invent a work out every time I go to the gym. The coach’s energy help me stay motivated. I need that push. I’ve been a member of Orange Theory for about four years. If I’m able to, I’ll do it until I die.
The coaches are very attentive to all the members needs and friendly. The workouts are challenging but not defeating. 🧡
The push to do my best
I love that my mom and I can complete the same workout when we live over 200 miles away from each other. We have so much fun comparing our stats and talking about how we were challenged that day. Orangetheory Fitness is the best one hour workout. I can get in, get a great full body experience and continue on with my day. And I have made some amazing friendships along the way.
It’s challenging and effective! It’s different every day. And the coaches and staff are wonderful! I wouldn’t want to work out anywhere else!

Very motivating and the time flies by! It is suited to all fitness levels but you are encouraged to push yourself.

I'm a returning member after a 3 year break. Previously worked out at OTF for 2 years and was able to get in the best cardio shape ever and maintaining a healthy weight.
I like the group atmosphere. The coaching is a plus as well, encouraging you to push harder. The workout is already planned.
