The coaches are so encouraging and great to follow along with! I love that it’s go at your own pace within set parameters. It really takes the emotional pressure off of your fitness goals when you can show up to class and know that you’ll get a great workout. The classes have a wonderful variety and every time has been top quality, Orangetheory Fitness makes me excited to put in the work to reach my goals.

i like the different areas of working out (treadmill/weights/rower) and how i never get too used to something before it changes.
I’ve never been able to enjoy a workout, until I joined Orange Theory! The fast-paced environment and supportive nature of the class has allowed me to find joy in working out. Additionally, the coaches provide the extra layer of confidence for us, pushing us to be our best selves and helping our form along the way. In particular, Coach Steph has been a game-changer in how I view working out. Her kindness and ability to support every single person in the class, does not go unnoticed. Coach Steph has given me confidence in my form and my ability to challenge myself. Out of any of the OTF coaches I have worked with, her attention to detail and form for the class is the phenomenal. She truly cares that we are performing our best so we can feel our best. How she can manage to support us that much and still keep time is so impressive!! My friend and I always make sure to attend as many as Coach Steph’s classes as we can, as she’s just a joy to see during the week too!! THANK YOU OTF TCU for all you have done for me, emotionally and physically. Your studios and workouts are unlike any other and I am extremely grateful to be able to attend with such great people.

I love the coaching. They are constantly guiding us through an excellent workout. I get more out of one hour at OTF than I would if I self-guided for two or three hours at a conventional gym.
There are two types of people in this world. Or, possibly a few more than two. Actually, there are probably like 5 or 6 types of people. However, for this review, I am going to discuss the two most common types of humans: those that like to work out and those that don’t.
I fall in the latter designation. The issue is that my body likes me to exercise but my brain loathes the activity. In order to combat this cognitive dissonance, I have to overshoot the exercise part and focus on the post-workout happy feelings. In grade school, this was referred to as a “natural high”. And since I promised my 2nd grade teacher I wouldn’t use drugs, I am all about the natural high. Orangetheory offers the most effective and least sucky fitness experience I have found to date. Plus, the orange lights give the gray in my beard a sheen unparalleled in conventional illumination.
In closing, despite my natural aversion to elective physical activity, I love Orangetheory. It keeps me mentally sharp and physically robust. I mean, let’s be honest. Out-of-shape Sean is an objective 6 out of 10 at best, even grading on a curve. Orangetheory Sean is a strong 6.75, possibly even a 7 on a good hair day.
Orange Theory is my jam, I have made great friends, become much stronger, healthier, fitter, thinner and toned. Don't wait--give it a try and you won't be disappointed. I love that I get a whole workout in with an hour, no wasted time, no thinking about what to do--it is all planned in advance and coached with great music to keep you entertained.

Excellent program to keep you motivated, the trainers particularly Destini is very professional and apt! I have not been this regular at a fitness center before especially after having kids! This keeps me super motivated.
