This place is amazing. Love the workouts but even more than that I love the coaches and the staff here. I have been to several different locations and NO ONE compares to our coaches/staff at the Highlands. I have met so many friends in my 5 am class and it is more like a family than anything. Everyone holds everyone accountable and pushes each other!! I truly love this place!!
Everything! Instructors, nice studio, good and loud music, nice staff, good mix of workouts, rower is a fun new thing for me, glad we do free weights, love our head coach Kristen. So much to love!

I love how no matter what your level of fitness, you’re encouraged & challenged at your level and pace. It’s a comfortable environment & I love that you can visually see how your body is responding on the monitors as your work out. You always feel successful no matter what!

The team and workouts here are amazing. Everyone is in it together and you definitely find yourself doing things you may have never done before without the folks on your left and right.
It is challenging and let's you work against yourself. I really like the variety having been a runner only my entire life (rowing was 100% new to me) and I could use a little help on the floor. I love it.
Staff working the desk were awesome & helped me get set up right away.
Coach was great and even helped with my form on a few weight exercises.

Instructional coach, fast pace, never boring, always a different workout every time, varying coaches to chose from/experience, fun music, friendly staff, easy app to use and schedule workouts/cancel workouts, detailed and personalized summary of every completed workout, ability to set personal challenges in the app, challenges every month to cater the competitiveness of some members, Facebook accountability group, numerous workout times in a day to choose from that best caters to my schedule!
You never know what you will get. It is always challenging and your team are great.
It is always a challenge no matter what template. I have visited a handful of other studios in DFW and Phx AZ, and I can say the the Arlington Highlands coaches are some of the best. They are always there to motivate you, give you tips for improvement and just simply care.
