Always different and targets different areas. They are very good workouts.
I like the Southlake location the best. Not only is the space better, the team there is MUCH better than the Colleyville location. From Cameron at the front desk, to the coaches (Becca, Taryn, Nancy... I miss Mercedes!) to Allan... everyone there is super friendly and just fantastic. The workouts are hard but feeling like part of the OTF fam makes it a little easier to get up every morning and get out there.

Positive and friendly environment to start. Group class but with a personal trainer! Best of both worlds! The classes are always changing and kept fresh. Seeing results already after just 3 weeks.
The coaches are extraordinary - balancing working hard and achieving goals with having fun. I appreciate all their efforts to keep us safe by correcting our form and modifying our movements as needed. Above all their enthusiasm, encouragement, and commitment to our success is such a motivator. The staff is amazing too. They are so friendly and welcoming and work so hard to meet all our needs.
I loved it when the trainer came to check on me and correct what I was doing.
High intensity, varied workouts and everywhere is to get a workout - not social hour
The workouts are quick and designed to take full advantage of the hour. I like that it is encouraged to talk to your neighbors and cheer them on.
The coaches are effective but not intimidating. I do not enjoy gym environments. But I got a great workout that felt tailored to my needs/goals without the normal stress I feel at a gym.
I like the heart rate monitors, l like that the workouts are different, I like the way the workouts are structured in that they go by quickly. The different options - power walking, jogging, running, weight room modifications for different lifts and exercises allows for people at all fitness levels or with different goals all work out at the same time.
The intervals if intensity
I love the new challenges of every work out. The coaches know everyone by name.
I am directed for an hour in the gym. I wouldn’t know what to do on my own for that time.
I usually try to go to a class where a Emily is coaching. Emily is an amazing coach and is very attentive to the members working out-making sure proper form is used, people are challenged but not over exerting themselves, and is very personable. I like the variety….even when I’m surprised with a benchmark challenge…though I do cringe inside.
Workouts Always changing, Trainers have good energy and great input on form. BEST HIIT Workout!
Everything! At the beginning I thought that the workouts would become monotonous, but after a week of attending 4 classes I have learned this is not the case. The workouts are varied and are all great. I love that the blocks are somewhat short but very effective.
Group fitness and push to get comfortable being uncomfortable
Great gym! Nice, newer facility with plenty of space. I was visiting from out of town and had a good workout here. Everyone was very friendly, thanks!
