The coaches are wonderful: they challenge us to progress (example: encourage increasing speeds on the treads, etc.); they correct our form on the weight floor when we are doing a move incorrectly to avoid injury; they curate great play lists to facilitate movement, especially when we are performing our "all-outs" (you'll need to come and learn what that means!). I love that I don't have to think about my workout, because it's already planned out.

The whole team was awesome from the start to the end.
My instructor was Scott. He explained to me the entire class and all the processes day by day according to the work out.
Honestly, I never liked to workout, get bored fast and usually I quit after a while.
The way Orangetheory works is different, a big group works out together and you have no time to get bored or thinking about to go home.
I am excited and hopeful that this is going to change the way I think about going to the gym.

Different every time, staff is friendly and teachers are awesome!
It’s a good mix of cardio and strength building. I like that it incorporates rowing which is a great all body workout. The variety of workouts keeps it interesting. And it’s fun!

I'm consistently impressed with the motivating atmosphere provided by the coaches at this facility. Their encouragement and support have been instrumental in keeping me motivated throughout my workouts. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the convenience of being able to walk in and immediately immerse myself in the workout without having to overthink the process. It allows me to focus solely on giving my best effort during each session.
I love that the workouts are completely adaptable for your needs on a particular day or for a changing season in your life. I am 6 months pregnant and have worked out consistently so far. Although my workouts have changed slightly, I am still achieving my goals in a safe way and that's all thanks to OTF.
Great workout with excellent coaches
The coaches are really supportive, even when I am not at my best. I "run my own race" every time, and I always leave the studio knowing that I have accomplished something positive! Tracking my progress helps me to acknowledge it, and sets a tone that helps me in other aspects of my life.
