I love the structure of the OTF workout! The coaches are great, and they inspire you to give your all to the workout. For me, I need the coaches to guide me through class; otherwise, I know I wouldn't have the necessary discipline to give my all to the workout.

OTF is great. Motivation keeps me going. The coaches really help. Friendly staff. Clean studio. The monitor, the scoreboard check your pace. The only competition is your own history, go at your own pace. Solid fellowship amongst members. Love the encouragement. Hope I stay, a long time.

Everything. I absolutely hate working out or sweating. I have not done anything like this for 25 years, since college. I can’t believe how difficult it was in the beginning, but how much it has changed my life for the better. I literally look forward to going, and I am so much healthier than I have been in decades.

My preference is the treadmill which I get a good work out on. Floor exercise is my least favorite as I find that more challenging being a Senior but coaches are quick to show me other exercises I can do. I enjoy that the classes are not too large. Always feel I have a good workout.

I like being coached. I would not put in as much effort doing the same thing on my own at the gym. There’s a level of accountability when your coaches get to know you and your capabilities.
An hour goes by quickly;
Coaches advising of the proper form when lifting weights or doing core exercises;
Not a lot of machines to use - only need to know how to use a rower and a treadmill!
The music keeps you pumped
It’s tough and it ends. The coaches address all areas of the body.
It’s different every day and always challenging.
