The coaches are all great. They motivate and are very helpful with accommodating workouts if you have an injury. The manager and staff are warm and welcoming! I would just like if there is consideration of bringing back the 5am class? I have spoken to many people, many are teachers/go to work in the city, and have stated they would love a 5am class at this location. I’ve tried other studios at 5am and they don’t compare to the classes at Mamaroneck. Hopefully this will be considered in the near future.
