Just need to show up and do the work. It's all planned, well executed and supported by an amazing overall team of caring coaches. Who assist and advise if needed. FYI I am greeted by a friendly smile behind the desk every morning before my workout even starts. Owen is a rock star. OTF White Plains. NY !!

What do you like about our workout?

I have not been to a gym in over 20 years. I feel so at home at Orange Theory Tarrytown.
The coaches are terrific and the classes change daily. You are NEVER BORED and
for those that are not "quite up to speed", there is no pressure.
I see how I am progressing these past 5 months and I have lost 16 pounds so far without having to eat salad every day.
I find myself wanting to eat better and I feel more energized.
I normally go after work and find myself looking forward to it - which is something I never thought I would do.
While the staff are terrific, I also find the other members a warm and friendly group that
truly wants people to succeed.
This has become my second home and I love all the family members.
Greg, Jason and Dave are truly inspiring coaches. When Greg signed me up he promised me I could go at my own pace. He was right, but I see how much I'm improving.

Outstanding! The one hour of intense workout the Orange Theory way is well planned and run.
Not your traditional gym workout.
Fast paced & enjoyable- those are words that don’t generally appear together when speaking about fitness.
Orange Theory can put them together perfectly!

The music and the energy of the coaches. I also like the variations of the workouts but I wish the medicine balls were used more often

I like first of all that it is a different routine every class and for me it avoids boredom. The classes are thoroughly planned to target different muscles of the body and I always feel I had great workout.

What do you like about our workout?

It is great that I am able to go at my own pace and push myself when I am comfortable doing so! The environment and atmosphere is great even for an introvert like myself. If you want a place to workout with a friend, don't hesitate to sign up for the free class and try it out for yourself.
