I love this gym! I have always wanted to workout and have always felt discouraged to work out. This is only my second class and I feel that I have finally found my gym. Everyone is happy and encouraging. Emily has been my instructor and she is amazing and so supportive. I’m not trying to loose weight but I am trying to build strength and I have found the combination of strength training to be amazing. I honestly forget I am working out and that is incredible.

I love how strong and accomplished I feel after a workout. The coaches are incredible and have such high energy and are so motivating. Oh and I can’t forget the music!!!! Especially coach Corey it’s like a night club but at 6 am without the bad decisions. So happy I joined

My trainer… My first class was this Monday… first exercise class in a long time. She pushed me just enough when she knew I could take the pressure and pulled back when she saw I was having a hard time.. I defiantly will be back!
The people and the intense workouts are great!
I like the number of classes on the schedule, that it’s never difficult to get into a class and that the coaches are extremely motivating. It’s the best part of my week.
It’s well balanced with a work out that targets multiple muscle groups. It’s a good work out and you feel great afterwards.

Orange Theory is such a motivating 60 minute class. This is the hardest I’ve ever pushed myself and I’ve seen great results so far!
Everything. It is definitely challenging but having the team and monitoring system help to push you. I love the fact that you have an even split for cardio and weights.
