Love how everyday there is a unique workout, as well as the coaches that motivate and push you to your limit! Always feel great after doing a class.
I love how motivated I get with the energy in the room with each workout. I used to hate working out, OTF keeps me accountable and now I look forward to my daily workouts!

I love that I get a full workout with great instruction and encouragement throughout the hour! I love Orange Theory. I started going a little over a year ago then introduced my (65+ year old) parents a few months later. They now go more than 3 times a week and have a faster base pace than me!
Coaches are great. Good mix of cardio and strength. Like the variety from class to class.
I love the upper west side crew and studio! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The studio is always clean. And the showers are always clean as well.
The upbeat energy leaves me coming back!

It’s consistent but also has variety. Also the vibe is super non-judgemental, everyone is where they’re at and no one cares.

I really liked it! Which is saying something since I don’t like “gym-like” exercise (I’d rather any outdoor activity) but I’ve already told 3 people they need to sign up ASAP.
I like the guided running and rower. I dislike a lot of the floor exercises because i feel like they are difficult on my knees, too fast, not fun, not focused.
It is intense but doable and I am always pushing myself to work harder. I also love how nice and helpful the coaches are.

The Team challenge was a great way of driving everyone to push themselves to the limit, in a really positive way! You could feel the positive energy flow through the room.
Every class is a little different and works different parts of the body. Also like that some are focused on strength whereas others are focused on endurance.
I like the 60 classes better than the 3G classes only because they're less crowded.
workouts are challenging but can go at your own pace. coaches are great.
Best workout ever!!! It covered all areas-cardio, strength, core in an hour. Instructor and music were AWESOME!!! I was also super impressed with the schedule of classes-something for everyone!!!
