Variety. Instructors v good
Every day is different. The coaches are very supportive. The facility is extremely clean. I don’t particularly enjoy working out but at OTF I feel like I’m held accountable and leave feeling accomplished. I would definitely recommend this site!!
I love the rotations of workouts each day and the 3 stations. I get a great workout and feel great afterwards. I don’t have to think too much just show up and somebody tells me what to do.

It works many parts of your body. I like the coaches support and pushing you to strive to a different level. in the end you feel accomplished and motivated for the remainder of your day.

I love the workout itself, but the data collected/measured helps motivate me to push myself harder. Also scheduling classes holds me accountable for showing up, and before I joined OTF that was half the battle!
Intensity and music
Gets a lot in in 1 hour, good variety across sessions, friendly, helpful, motivating coaches.
OTF workouts are intense and fun! I learn new moves (bodyweight and lifting exercises) all the time. I am never bored and I always walk out of class feeling strong and tired in a good way. I never rowed before doing OTF but have grown to love/hate it enough to buy my own Waterrower at home. I have a full home gym and do not need OTF to get a workout in. BUT I love it so much and enjoy the accountability of being signed up for class. I highly recommend OTF - you work against yourself and the heartrate zones are really motivating. Also, the Walpole OTF owners, studio manager and coaches are just the best- kind, positive, supportive good people.
Good mix of routines. You never do anything for more than 20 minutes. Makes the time go quickly.

I like the consistency across the coaches/trainers. The workout is achievable and at a push pace. The variety of the workout also appeals to me as it caters to both men and women needs.
Love that it is all based upon a circuit track and it is a scheduled class. In and out in 1-hour. Piece of cake!
I’ve been a fan of OTF for a while now but I especially appreciate how they’re handling the Covid restrictions and regulations. I feel safe and protected while challenging my mind and body to go out of their comfort zone.
