The workouts are amazing. The coaches are amazing. The front desk staff is amazing.
Having done OTF for quite awhile now I love that each and every workout is different from the previous one. It’s also great bc OTF is a no brainer every template is scientifically backed and I get the benefits of someone else’s hard work. Lastly even when I don’t want to I feel OTF has pushed me to have a better day and in the end a better quality of life!!!

I like the constant push that you get from the coaches. Self-motivation is hard sometimes, but at OTF there is always good motivation! The staff is always super friendly as well.
Intense, instructor lead, no pressure - only support, efficient, length, variety of program, and attitude of staff.
I like the HIIT/interval type training. The music was good. The instructor was good. It’s what you would expect.

The variety of the workouts keep you from getting bored and into a rut. Workouts are always challenging. The staff is what makes the place, though. Always a welcoming smile from the front desk when you walk in the door, and the coaches are patient, easy to talk to, and want to help you improve your performance. Lindsay's playlists could use some help, but could not give a higher recommendation otherwise.
Endlessly motivating, OTF gets this lazy gal excited to get a work out in! The coaches and team are so supportive, especially through the tough challenges and workouts, and you know they care about you both in and out of the gym.

I love that every workout is different. It's always fun to come in and try new things. The coaches and other members are all so supportive and encouraging. There are people at all levels of fitness and the workouts are easily adjusted to meet each person's needs. I love the community at our Union-Florence location, and I love feeling stronger every day!

I did my first free trial and I loved it!! I got a great workout in and how they track your heart rate is awesome to see! They made me work hard but also helped push myself! Love feeling sore afterwards!

The structured, organized, motivating flow of it all. I always feared group fitness classes, but when I'm in the OTF studio, I feel like I'm in a 1:1 personal training session, even though there are other members all around me. Everyone is nice and encouraging, regardless of fitness level. I feel like I'm the best version of me when I'm in class.
I really liked the trainer Adam! He was encouraging & motivating! It was my first time in there and I loved the class. The front desk gal was not so helpful. She didn’t take me through what I would be doing or how things work if I would become a member someday. She didn’t explain the splat points very well or how there a different styles that the class can have. Luckily, I went with a friend who helped me with a lot of that. I’m also a personal trainer myself so it wasn’t as discounting as it maybe to a first time to fitness class person. Also, I wasn’t asked at the end if I liked it or if I wanted to sign up! Not sure about prices or how to sign up.
Coach Nathan and the staff were fantastic. We have been OTF members for over a year and visit Lexington often and decided to sneak in a workout. Even though it was our first time working out at this location, Coach Nathan made us feel like it was our home gym. We had a blast. You'll definitely be seeing us again on our next visit. Loved the new OTF tank too. It's the 2nd one I've bought from this location.
