I love the heart-rate based work-out. I love being able to track my progress. I love that I can adjust the workout to my needs.........back off or go harder as I see fit. I also love how even though it is the same equipment every time, the workouts vary. Also, I love the coaches :)

The atmosphere and coaches that push you
It's challenging but motivating. It's always something different sho you don't get bored. I enjoyed the coaches. I also lived being able to see the monitor and know if I push myself just a little bit more I can get to the next level.
I love that every workout is different! I have been attending Orange Theory for 3 months and I have yet to experience the exact same workout. The workouts are challenging, but I feel great after the workout.
The coaches are great. As a 50 something and out of shape my son introduced me to Orange Theory and my daughter's also work out at OTC. I was afraid of the level of the work out and if it would be worth the investment.
I went from 8 workouts a month to unlimited workouts and try to go every day. I absolutely love it and doubt if I would love it as much if it was not for the coaches.
The workouts vary which keeps it interesting and I don't have to think about how to do an exercise or if my workouts is working for me, it gives you a breakdown of calories, heart rate and splat points etc. I would recommend OTC a million times a day.
High energy. Skilled and energetic coaches that know me by name ... and are watching out for my health and well being!

Loved the variety and competition feel
Th push and encouragement from coaches and the real-time feedback of how hard I'm working from the heart rate monitor. I also really appreciate rowing as a routine. I really like being able to see my improvements and speed and distance on an everyday basis, but I also really like when we have benchmark workouts to monitor our progress.
Cece was an amazing coach! I want to only take classes with her but having her in Middletown is super far away.
They are structured so you don’t have to think to get the maximum calorie or fat burning experience for your time!!!

I like how encouraging your instructors are, the lightening in the room really makes it feel more safe. Everyone is so welcoming and doesn’t make you feel out of place when you go at your own pace.

The tornado workout was so awesome! It was constant moving and pushing yourself. I wish my home studio did these classes!
What I like best is the motivation to push you further that the coaches provide. That is something that is missing at home workouts or lifting on your own in a gym. Second would be the support of your classmates and knowing you are in it together. That is what makes it feel like a family.
I love the pace and challenge of the workouts, along with the variety. The instructors and music are uplifting!
