The coaches are motivating, friendly and passionate about fitness. I like the calorie burn and feeling of getting into better shape. The coaches always provide alternate moves for those of us that are less advanced which allows all fitness levels to feel included. The atmosphere is inclusive, high energy and a lot of fun.

3 & 1/2 years and still love it! It has been hard losing instructors that I really liked. Some of the new ones can be a little, um, high strung? I love the community feel of OTF.
Overall it is the best!!

It’s inspiring and grueling but you are constantly reminded of the rewards during the workout! And the OT team is beyond amazing!

I like that the treadmills aren’t hard on my knees.
I also like that there are 5am classes during the week, which fits my schedule well.

Multiple times to choose from. With the constant encouragement from the coaches I never leave dissatisfied with my work out. I have been working out for about 5 years and been a runner for close to 10 and I have never achieved the results that orange theory has given me.

It’s a good level of intensity to ensure for 60 min workout. I enjoy the combination of cardio and strength training in one class. And overall, the coaches have good energy.

HIIT full body workout in a reasonable amount of time. HIIT is still achieved when subbing treadmill out for the bike.

I like that my focus can remain on my body and how I am feeling and I can leave the program and workout plans up to Orange
I like the way the instructors are aware of my individual needs and their ability to adjust my workout in ways that ensure my form and technique maximize my time and effort.
I am grateful and feel very supported during my hour session.
