I don’t know what to do at a gym, so the template and coaching is the best thing for me. It is a group mentality workout, but at each person’s fitness level. There are plenty of opportunities to push yourself and improve.

I like that it’s technology advanced , a group activity and still a single session all one . Yes ! I know that sounds impossible but not at orange theory. You are constantly supported while knowing what your personal workout goals / accomplishments are .
The coaches
I am told what to do, there is no guesswork. The coaches are encouraging. It has helped build my confidence because now I am lifting weights appropriately, have improved my running stamina, and helps me make goals for myself. The workout is a lot of stress relief for me personally, and there are a lot of great people that workout at Ortega
It’s different every day but the same workouts at every OTF across the country. So it’s fun to schedule workouts when I’m out of town on the same days as my friends!

I love OTF workouts. I can get in both strength and cardio in 1 hour session and don't have to worry about planning my session. The staff and coaches are friendly and helpful!

I like everything there is about orange theory. The options available to choose intensity, the motivation from being in a class setting with an instructor, and the workouts already pre planned.
The workout is diversified which is different than what I am used to. I am working and developing different muscles other than the ones from my normal exercise routine.
