I can trust that the workout will have: Systematic templates, organized intervals on the tread, full body dynamic movements on the weight floor, effective use of the rower, and a variety of focus (power, strength, endurance) at each station.

The coaches at OTF are wonderful. They encourage you and want you to reach your goals. I never thought I would do something like this, but it’s amazing and I feel good about myself. I eat more fresh vegetables and cook our meals at least six days a week. I am at a very healthy weight, I have gained muscle mass that I thought I would never have imagined I could do. My entire body has changed. The work outs are different daily and I love it. The equipment is exactly what I like. I love the treadmill and the rower the best.
I want to thank all the coaches that have helped me reach body goals that I never thought I could.
I love that the trainers are so encouraging & truly care. This is a well-rounded workout that challenges me every time. I have to modify on many of the movements & it is ok! I’m 60 years young & loving feeling like I’m doing my body good!
I haven't found any workout as effective as HIIT workouts. OTF isn't just HIIT workouts, it's an electric environment filled with fellow members all rooting to see eachother accomplish their goals.
I love that my only job is to show up. I don't have to figure out my workout, it's already done for me.
I also love how the coaches get to know you. They know your injuries & ailments and can guide you accordingly. They also are extremely encouraging when they know you're working towards a goal (the entire OTF staff possesses this trait, not just the coaches).

High energy motivation
Loved the coach, first day back after leaving OTF in 2020 and the workout was challenging but doable
I love that it incorporates cardiovascular with strength training.
I love that we are working out with high energy trainers, who do a great job keeping us motivated, on task, performing each activity correctly, and pushing for our best … all while watching to make sure we are not in trouble and need to pull back a little.
I love that the facility is neat, clean, and well equipped.

Would love to see a class with just rowing and treadmill without the floor exercise.
Seems like by the time I get to the orange level on the rower or treadmill, it’s time to stop rowing or go back to base on the treadmill.
Everything
All you have to do is show up and do the work. It’s not your typical gym membership where you show up, do a little on the treadmill and then maybe do a few sets on other machines, not seeing any results. At Orange Theory you show up and the workout is planned for you and very doable at any level with definite results. It keeps track of all of your success and monitors each workout. I’ve never liked the typical gym atmosphere, I’ve always felt uncomfortable or unsure of exactly how to reach my health goals. The atmosphere at OT is super comfortable. It’s darker, with music playing and everyone doing the same workout. Just sign up, show up and do the planned workouts. You’re in and out in just under 1 hour per class.
I love Orangetheory Fitness. The trainers are very good, they motivate you a lot, show you how to do all the exercises properly. I like music very much too. Can't wait to go and work out there again.
