Orange Theory Capitol Hill is the best. The staff and coaches are incredibly friendly and motivating. I love having Capitol Hill OTF as part of my weekly routine.
It's always a good, solid, workout -- but they keep finding ways to change it up, so it's not boring either. The coaches keep the class moving and organized. Unlike other workout facilities where the instructors and the exercises can be hit or miss, OTF Capitol Hill is consistent (and usually a really good playlist too :)).

Love Coach Jihad, Coach Maddie, and Coach Luke- OTF on 14th is my favorite.
The music was great, also Shayna was the right amount of cheering us on without the disk jockey feel of some group fitness classes.
I really didn’t want to sign up because I get exhausted after my first class, but Shayna made great points about prioritizing my fitness goals and the motivation levels I shared with her. I’m excited for my next class!
The heart rate monitor and be able to see it on the screen.
Each one is different and offers a unique challenge.

Love everything about it. Having someone who can push me to my own limits is amazing. I genuinely look forward to going to class. Worth every penny!
OrangeTheory Cleveland Park is fantastic. The staff are excellent and very knowledgable and supportive. It's making a big difference in how I feel.
Great instructors and workouts
The environment seems like a judgment free zone. The coach motivates you and is a actively helping you throughout the workout.

I like the intensity of the workouts at Orange Theory, and the data we get from them (calories, heart rate, distance/speed, etc). Also the fact that it always varies, it's never boring, and the coaches are so friendly, helpful and encouraging!
Good location and class times - all the coaches are good and there's a nice variety in the different classes.
The first class I did I was very nervous because I haven’t worked out in a long time- everyone from staff to instructors to other class takers were welcoming and so nice. Its great workout that is doable for any level!

The staff is great. They all seem willing to help their clients improve their fitness and live a healthier life. Miles, Brennan (SP?) and Justine are my regular coaches. They are awesome and make we want to sign up for more classes. but... I find it difficult to sign up for the "unlimited" package as I often need to move my classes around after the 8 hour change window has closed. Also, I simply can not pay an additional $15.00 after paying an already significance amount for what is really not an unlimited package.
I would love to take more classes a OTF but until I can find a package that works with my work schedule I'll sign up for the 2X a week. I can make to Saturday classes and I now roll the dice that I get in on a weekday that works with my schedule.
You have an amazing product here. YOU could make more money if could find a way to meet the demands of 50+ women who are willing to drop a lot of coin on classes but only if it comes with some more flexibility. Right now I'm taking my post menopause body to OTF 2X a week and working out a no frills gym on the other days.
The atmosphere and the music!
The team who signed me up was awesome.. Coach Lauren was honest and relatable, and it felt like a natural convo instead of a sales pitch - which I appreciated. And then Angie kicked my butt which sealed the deal.
Great all around workout! Coaching is appropriately encouraging and not high pressure.

Orangetheory Cleveland Park is awesome. I am coming back to work out after three months surgery recovery and felt so encouraged, supported, and motivated. I like the energy from the cool music too! Can't wait to go back tomorrow :)
