The energy at the studio is awesome, I’ve been a member for 6 years. I’ve never thought I would be a member of a fitness studio for so long and enjoyed going to the studio just as much as I did on the first day!
It works for me like no other fitness practice really has- it is so impressively tailorable- I work out next to people like me as well as these amazingly fit athletes (I am not) and all can work at their own pace, all are made to feel welcome, and all are celebrated for personal bests and achievements. Also, I really like data- there is constant feedback from the heart rate monitor and that's very satisfying to see how much work I am doing real time, as well as to look back and see that I am making progress and my work counts. It's also more efficient- I do not push myself alone running the way the coaches push me, so I get much more results from any given amount of time by coming to OTF. At my age (low 50's) and fitness level (slightly above sloth level), I never thought I would be hooked, but I am. So appreciative of the culture of welcoming and encouragement.

Everything, Coach Heidi is very encouraging, explaining the workouts and exercises, always making sure everyone is doing things correctly to avoid injuries. Very approachable and takes time to listen and help any way she can.
