OTF is a wonderful workout. Stamford OTF has amazing staff and coaches going the extra mile to welcome and guide attendees to safely and efficiently achieve fitness goals.
The workouts are challenging but the level of effort they require are based on you (your heart rate). The coaches always show up with enthusiasm to encourage everyone, and they are diligent in correcting form to avoid injuries and optimize efficiency. 10/10 recommend!

Hard and every day is different
The coaches are very motivating.
OTF has totally changed my life and is pretty much the first and only fitness program to work for me so I am totally happy to share that with friends and family. I'm also very happy with the more rigorous templates that have been in use the last few weeks.
The only issue lately is that equipment has been a little less clean (especially bosu balls and weights where more than once I've used a wipe only to have it come back pretty dirty) and spacing on the floor has been rough as capacities have opened up (some members are more aware of the fact that there are other people next to them than others).
Amanda is our trainer. She has wonderful direction and has sincere enthusiasm. Her energy helps me endure the workout, to feel strong each time I go.

It is a full body workout and I can burn 200 calories from cardio in <30 min. Can’t do that with my elliptical at home.
You don’t have to think about your workout. The coaches are amazing and tell you exactly what to do. Every day is a different workout and the staff and members make it a really fun environment.

I am not one to go to the gym and give myself an effective workout. I have never done free weights until joining OT and I love it! Keeps me motivated and is constantly changing
great balance of cardio and weights, good tracking of stats
Michelle and Christy are outstanding instructors--I arrange my personal/work schedule in order to attend their workouts. Genuine motivation, organized, clear instructions, and not too over-the-top. The variety of the individual exercises is enough, and the periodic individual coaching helps to keep technique sound.
