The high energy environment, the visual feedback from the monitors, the supportive coaches and the music.
The workout templates are always different and the music compliments workouts, which I have also found to be a great motivator when I think I have nothing left. The coaches are very supportive and very attentive ensuring that everyone’s form during each workout is correct to prevent injuries.

The support of all the coaches, the staff and the members, have been amazing. It feels more like family than just a fitness club. The workouts are varied, always challenging, but also flexible with lots of options for modifications as needed. Even when these workouts are killer, I’ve had coaches that have made it incredibly fun, and have been encouraging no matter what our level of ability!
Never the same work out twice. The workouts challenge me more than I would ever do on my own. It's like having a personal trainer without the cost. Orange Theory is a community of people from all walks of life that encourage each other to achieve fitness goals.
There is nothing like an OTF workout…. I love that you never know what you are walking in to…. It pushes you to work hard.
Everything! OTF is effective, challenging & fun. The coaches, community, staff and of course the workout combine for awesome experience. I’m looking forward to doing more Strength 50 classes and trying the new Tread 50.

Great way to push yourself!
First of all, I feel like the staff, especially the trainers are always, so approachable, supportive, inclusive, energetic, and awesome. I also love that you’re not just doing one thing the entire time. I like the way it is structured, the way it is set up, I don’t get bored. I also love that there are modifications and there are clearly stated. I love the dark atmosphere, and the music as well. I always feel like I get a great workout and it’s effective.

Love the energy, the music and the instructors. It's nice to get into class and tune out the world for 60 minutes.
It is a well rounded workout and I feel challenged each session. I also am happy to see progress in my body composition and resting heart rate which reflects the effectiveness of the program

I love that you have a coach. They’re telling you the right way to lift weights without hurting yourself and plus the motivation. I’ve been going to Orangetheory fitness since 2019 and just simply love everything to workouts the coaches are the best.
All I have to do is get myself there and an hour later I've completed an awesome workout and feel amazing and ready to take on the rest of the day. I'm already feeling stronger and my clothes are fitting better. Oh and everyone is so nice! It's quickly beginning to feel like a home away from home. I look forward to seeing all the smiling faces every morning!
Some coaches simply read the cues and that’s it. A great class is when the coach brings high energy and is dancing, motivating you, pushing you with higher weights, etc?
That is different every day, and you can adjust a little to my physical ability at the moment/day..etc
There is no thinking for me! I just show up and the class is organized for me! I LOVE the loud music and dark atmosphere. I killer playlist is key?

The workouts are always challenging and varied. The music and coaching keep the energy level high. Feels so good when it’s done!!
