I like the focus on strength, power and endurance and how it differs each day. I like the heat rate zones monitor and the tv’s that show the examples of how to do the weights.
I like that it is efficient, changes every day, is close to my house, and there are a lot of convenient class times.
I do wish there were monitors on the strider and bikes, however.
I love learning how to workout in addition to getting a good workout. I feel much more confident in pushing myself in a gym setting and know how to work towards my fitness goals

My heart rate is up the entire class and the workouts very so that all of my body parts are hit throughout the week. I love the energy!
I love how the workouts are created for you, so you don't have to worry about figuring out what you should do that day for exercise. All you have to do is show for a great time where you know you're going to feel comfortable, be able to go at your own pace, and all the while feel guided by trustworthy and dedicated coaches.
My workouts 🏋️♀️ are amazing it truly is more then a gym no judgement everyone goes according to there pace and circumstances its something for everyone my body my attitude and mental stress has totally change I actually look forward to going to OTF every day! Mon- Fri you can also opt to go only 2 days you will never regret it once you try it you will never leave 🏋️♀️💪🏃🏾♂️🏃♀️
