What do you like about our workout?

I couldn’t possibly show up day in and out without the energy, encouragement and motivation the coaches impart to each of us throughout every workout!

At an out of state conference or visiting family, I can count on an OT to keep me on track with multiple locations to choose from.

Love my morning workout “tribe” we miss each other, and encourage one another. Just one more reason to wake up and get there!🧡

The people that work there are very nice. I was very unsure of myself when I walked in, and they could tell, and really made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable. I loved that even though the workout is too hard for me, it can me modified. I've only been twice, but am looking forward to going back tomorrow.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how the coaches push based on individuals. It’s a group workout but still personalized. The group dynamic is always great. Everyone is really encouraging, regardless of fitness. You don’t feel conspicuous at all. 12/10 recommend

From the moment I walk in the door at OTF Natomas, my mood improves and my energy level goes right up. It all starts with the friendly and knowledgeable SA’s. They always greet me with a smile and after a crazy work day, that’s so welcomed. Then my work begins. No matter how hectic life gets, I can leave all that in the lobby for an hour while I focus on bettering myself, learning from the coaching, and being energized by the awesome music to crush my fitness goals— one block at a time.
Each coach at this studio knows how to get me to perform my best, while offering quality instructions on form. That’s so rare. I feel very fortunate to have Natomas as my home studio. 10/10 experience. Thanks for helping me better myself! I now run faster, longer, and lift heavier thanks to you all!

What do you like about our workout?

I am not somebody who does very well in an individual work out setting, especially if I am the one driving the workout. The class setting mixed with a pre-set goal is exactly what I need. Mix in the fact that I can see in real time the results of my workout, I honestly don’t think I could maximize a workout in one hour any better than I do right now.

Love the challenging workout templates, the coaches & the community.

Disappointed that the Tracy studio still hasn’t brought back Friday afternoon, Sunday & noon classes but the cost per month is the same & you have the same amount of coaches pre-pandemic.

It’s just great energy. Love that every workout is different and never easy. So it is a good challenge.
Even being in my 60s I can enjoy a workout with the youngins.😊

l like that it is different every day. I like having coaches to help get me through the workout and keep me motivated. Good equipment. Clean and friendly environment. The staff and coaches are amazing!

Orangetheory really is the best workout in the country. Coaches make a huge difference in my desire to attend and I love coaches Cierrah, Sarah, and Kristen in fresno. Amazing team.
