The workouts are diverse, so our bodies are always being challenged by different movements. I'm never bored, and time seems to fly by when I'm working out. The instructors are engaging and genuinely fun to have kicking my butt.

The coaches really pay attention to you! I am constantly getting feedback and support from Amelia and Tawnie. They notice my growth too! Connor is always full of energy and has the best playlists! You can tell that all staff WANTS to be there and that they want us to be there too. :-)

Having a coach tell you what to do next
OTF provides a good, consistent variety of cardio and weight workouts in coached, time-efficient one hour classes that, over time, can help increase strength, flexibility, weight loss and overall health fitness.
I like the structured workout schedule which fits my needs. I focus on my workout that is already thought through by the experts. I do not have to worry about anything except showing up. Rest is taken care :)

Starts on time. I have a guaranteed spot and I get a good cardio workout. Can drive right up and park. Don’t have to add extra time to look for parking and take 5 mins to walk into the gym.

I enjoy the workouts because we're allowed to go at our own pace but theres an element of (good) pressure because of the group atmosphere and the coach's instructions and encouragements. I joined Orangetheory to engage in a healthier lifestyle and almost 5 months in I see the benefits and results!
