Very energetic, fun, well programmed and efficient work-out classes. I have been a member since 2015, and very satisfied and love their workout program. All coaches are great, I usually sign up my classes with Coach Lal and Coach Devlon, they are very helpful, engaging, and enthusiastic. Staff are also cheerful and helpful.

ALWAYS Helpful to everyone. Danielle is terrific all the way around. I have only worked out at the Agoura Location.
How they know all of our names when we come in for class is amazing. That shows they are on the ball to make everyone feel that personal touch.

I like that it's an efficient one hour workout that I can easily fit into my day. I like the combination of cardio and strength training. I'm always able to push myself, but also make sure I don't push myself too hard with the heart rate monitor. Having something else to focus on helps to take my mind off the discomfort of exercising and almost gamifies it. I also feel amazing after every workout. It's helped me really improve my cardio and my self confidence.
I couldn't exercise on my own because I didn't know what to do, but when I exercised here, the coach explained the movements well and showed me on the screen so I could do them.
The tuition was so good that I started working out.
When I first started exercising, I gained a lot of weight, I couldn't walk well because I had no muscles in my legs, and my back hurt a lot when I walked on the treadmill. After trying for about a month, I gradually lost weight, and when I started exercising as the coach said, my leg muscles began to stretch. As a result, my legs and back no longer hurt when I exercise, and I've lost 10 pounds.
Now I run on the treadmill instead of walking.
I feel much better.
I think I will get perfect results if I exercise while controlling my diet, so I plan to continue exercising.
