I am extremely motivated in the environment that Orange Theory creates, the enthusiastic coaches, great music, fun and fast paced workouts! I love seeing my progress up on the screen as well, it always makes me push my hardest!

Good workouts. Have a set time commitment means I am am more likely to not let something get in the way of working out. Can see heart rate distance etc when working out. Quality commitment. Well trained and likeable staff
The coaches are fantastic. Shout out to Amanda and Kerry who both really show they care about the members workouts and goals.
I love the mix of cardio with weight training/body weight exercises. Since joining in July 2020 I have become stronger and definitely more fit than I ever have been.
I feel motivated by the coaches and truly as if I am part of a team when I’m there! The coaches encourage me to push myself, to go the distance and get out of my comfort zone. Coach Taylor is pure motivation sunshine at 530am (plus she has the best playlist) and I know Coach Alex will never let me slide under the radar - this is the accountability I need!
The front desk staff have gotten to know me by name - at OT NV I know I’m not just a number. Rachel in particular has been a shining star and front point person for me.
The studio is clean and cared for. It’s obvious OT NV takes pride in their space and treats their equipment with TLC.
OT is no joke, it is science based and designed to help you become stronger, more fit and disciplined without being overbearing, frightening or discouraging.
I feel safe at OT NV - group fitness has always been daunting to me. I worried that I would be judged, that it would be too hard etc. Instead I found a space that helped me to become a better version of myself with noticeable and palpable care and compassion.
OT NV has met the pandemic challenges with pure grace. The new “open studio” format has been a shift for sure but I would still rather go to OT than any other gym. They take their cleaning and social distancing seriously. I was forced to join another gym during one of the closures and let me tell you I regret signing up.
Thank you OT NV for teaching me, helping me and giving me a fresh perspective on fitness & health. You guys simply rock!
Great, energizing coaches; a hard workout with big bang-for-buck considering you're in there for 1 hour max; good variety

I just show up and workout and it’s always awesome with no planning from me. I love the combo of rowing running and weight floor and the great coaches.
Even without instructor lead classes, the templates are easy to follow.
