Orange Theory is an amazing fitness program! It encourages collegial relationships in a fun supportive environment that ultimately is good for our health. My favorite is that the workouts are always different and the monthly challenges keep you engaged. The sense of urgency to keep moving is essential to maintain a momentum, during the workout and for the long term commitment.

I enjoy all aspects of my workout experience. The coaches, the group workout, the booking app and the fact that I don’t have to think about what I have to do each day. I show up and they direct the workout. Best gym experience by far.
Anyone can do it! You can have a couch potato on one treadmill, an elite athlete on another and your average weekend athlete on the other and everyone can get exactly what they need out of it if they are willing to put in the effort. The zones are fantastic to know if you are truly pushing or going all out!
It’s very challenging and I can go at my own speed. The coaches and staff are very friendly and attentive. Lots of help and great suggestions are provided without being overwhelming. It’s a very friendly environment! I love it!!

The coaches at the Georgetown location are great! Very helpful, and not "phoning it in" like I have seen at other gyms.

I can have my good work out in just 1 h/day.. burn between 500-600 cal which is amazing!!! And I have fun that is more important ❤️
I love the Strength classes because they challenge different muscle groups, building muscle, burning fat, and getting a bit of cardio in. :)

It's the people ( from entering, through to the workout instructor). In fact, I spoke so highly about my first week that daughter is contacting studio to join.

Really enjoy the workouts and the results offered through the heart rate monitor and the App.
I like being able to show up and not have to think about what to do at the gym. It's already predecided and there's someone to push me to work hard and answer questions when needed. I just have to show up and do the work and I like seeing the feedback from the monitor and improvement over time.
I like that its different every time. I've tried the "gym" in the past, and its always felt boring and repetitive.
Each class here is different, and as it is a class, you don't need to think about what to do next, just follow the coach. Its kinda mindless (like me).
The coaches really try to help anyone that needs it, even without being asked, they notice things. Obviously if you ask, its even easier to get help!
Having anxiety, exercise is a really good way of relieving that. I like to cycle in summer, but needed something to keep me active out of season.
This fits the bill all year round.

Staff are extremely friendly, classes provide a good workout for all levels, and coaches are supportive and provide great instructions, especially during the weight training half.
