I like that the coaches are present to guide us through what to do and if we are doing the exercise right.
Everything…the coaches, the equipment, the variety of exercises, the varying focus on strength endurance and power. I have been a member since 2018 and it never gets old or boring. Orange Theory Fitness kept me going throughout COVID with live virtual classes…shout out to the amazing OTF virtual live coaches, who I appreciate and miss, but there is nothing like being in studio for increased motivation and equipment options. I feel stronger everyday and nothing beats that amazing feeling!

Someone is there to guide you through the workout. Incorporates cardio and strength training. Workout changes each session Environment is welcoming and non- judgmental. Staff have been very helpful.
It’s a hard workout and that’s what I’m looking for. Great combo of cardio and weights. I’ve seen huge improvements in my jogging and my strength.

I like that you show up to good energy that gets you ready for the workout. I like that the workout is set up for me and a coach is available almost immediately if you need help with any part of your workout. The workouts change enough that I have never once left thinking the class was boring!
The instructor, the music, the variety, staff are friendly. And the best part is, I get challenged by my own vitals.... I keep.pushing myself to do more, work harder.

Orange Theory is a great circuit cardio/muscle base training where the coaches and staff are always friendly. The coaches are always there to give you modifications if need and encourage you to do your best! I recommend anyone who wants a 60 minute training session to burn the carbs and gain the muscle they want.

Orange theory changed my life!
I was 89Kgs prior to enrolling with OTF (December 2023) and with the support and motivation from OTF team, I am right now 78Kgs.
It is not about weight loss, it is about increasing my self-discipline, endurance, strength and so on.
I really enjoy coming to OTF and their coaches are well knowledge trained and motivated.
Personally, I can't even run for a minute but now I am able to run for 30mins straight and my personal 1mile bench mark challenge was a remarkable milestone from 8.10 minutes (22 Jan 24) to 6.09 minutes (18 March 2024).
This demonstrate my strength, endurance and stamina has been drastically improved in very short time which I can't believe, to be honest.
This gym is not for body builders but this is for people who like to stay young throughout their life.
I personally love all the coaches in OTF, they provide keen attention to our workouts, take care of each and every people in the batch, monitor our performance and provide personal suggestion if required.
I am so happy that I found OTF and I will continue to go to OTF forever...
