It’s total body!
I like the long running blocks and the variety in the workouts. It is a good work out, yet do not feel like I will injure myself.
It’s pushes me in the best way possible. All my life I’ve just thought that I’ll be fat forever but since I found orange theory it’s given me something to look forward too. I’m excited to see the changes my body can make.

Some of the best workouts I’ve ever done! Having done weight lifting for almost 29 years, coming up with a different routine can be challenging. At OT the workout routine is already done and all you have to do is show up and listen. That’s it! I love that OT incorporates weight training, resistance training and cardio of all kinds! Love this place and so glad I chose to join.
The intensity and pace. The music and positive motivation. The wide variety of exercises and workouts, no two classes have felt the same for me.
Every coach is amazing and brings great energy to the workouts. Every day is a new workout and gives you an opportunity to continually challenge yourself and improve.

Group fitness and variety

Staff was friendly, Coach was very motivating. You can tell that the people who have a membership there love it.
I like that each workout is different and challenges you to step things up a little each time. Also working out with a group is very motivational yet you’re always challenged to work within your capacity and capability. I love the tracker as it gives you instant feedback so you can gauge your work out accordingly. Fun, too!
Trainers are helpful and the orange theory system give great feedback during and after workouts.
I like that I do not have to think...all I have to do is exercise. I like how I can burn at minimum 500 calories with each session. I like the music...80s is my favorite. I like that each session combines cardio & weights.

I like the structure and the fact that you're monitoring my performance with the HR monitor. Ensures that I'm neither working too hard nor slacking off. Unlike Crossfit, the competition is with myself, not others in my gym. Chance of injury is less.
The intensity of the workout and the way the blocks are designed are very well thought out and helps burn more calories more effectively
