Love the coaches and knowing that I’m going to be motivated to push myself each class. I started attending OTF classes in March 2022 and have maintained a workout routine since. Prior to OTF, I tried everything and got bored easily. I love coming to class knowing it won’t be a repeat workout from the day before. I’ve seen results physically and overall feel great. I have more energy, and it’s been great for my mental being as well.

I HATE your workouts - in the moment - which is a good thing. They push me much harder than I would ever push myself and I leave feeling like I really accomplished what I came to do.

Coach Misha is good with beginners, takes time to explain body postures and more importantly he has patience and passion.
I like that each workout is different. The trainers and staff are nice and they do a good job. Most of my workouts I do with my wife and sometimes my daughter. It is great that we can workout together with such busy schedules. I also enjoy Bryce’s corky humor because it make it more enjoyable.
I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and I absolutely love it! Best workout I’ve ever done and it’s a different workout every time you go. Trainers are awesome and so is the whole atmosphere! Highly recommend.
