The workouts are very engaging and fun! Each workout is different and very challenging but the coaches are right there with you cheering you on. I love the atmosphere and how positive it is!

They are always different and you don’t have to think about what you’re doing. Always a good workout!! The coaches are always encouraging and supportive.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are great!! The work outs are a good balance between cardio and strength. They work well if this is your main form of exercise or something to add to your routine. Even though the class is usually an hour, the time flies by. I always look forward to class, it's the perfect way to have some "me time"!

Constantly changing. All instructors have a different approach and I appreciate that. I always get a good cardio workout and try to challenge myself.

I love Michelle, especially her playlists, and Amber is so motivational. I could do the workouts on my own at a normal gym, but it wouldn’t be nearly as fun as y’all make it.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s was fast-paced (in a good way), structured, upbeat and mindless. I loved just walking in, having my own equipment and being qued when to move faster, slower, where to go, etc. The front desk and Coach were phenomenal!! I truly can’t say enough great things about these fantastic, upbeat people.

Thank you so much for best, most fun workout I’ve ever had! I’ll be signing up for a membership very soon!
