This studio is the best, most welcoming space. I love my time here and the coaches are all amazing. I have finally found a place where exercise doesn't feel like a chore. I am so glad I took a chance and overcame by nerves to try a class. I like that the classes are me time and I can turn off my brain from stressors and just focus on the task at hand in class. I was not focused when I would try in home workouts and found myself distracted with kid needs/house needs. Taking this 1 hour in a day has done wonders for so many aspects of my life.
Varying workouts yet still rooted in the foundations: cardio, full body movements, and strength training. Great coaches that motivate you, push you, and correct as needed to get the best quality workout. While classes are with others, the workouts are you vs you. No judgement from others based on the speed or rep count. Great quality heart-rate based workouts that gets results as seen by PRs on the signature challenges.
