I like the demonstration part. I think OT trainers should focus on suggesting the right weight to use and also demonstrating. They do a good job at it already but the more advising the better!

Love the staff! Very caring, motivational, & energetic. They watch form and technique, provide correction so one does not get hurt. Love having a special pair of eyes to keep us injury free. It is heart warming to know they have genuine interest in your well-being. Love this team at South Riding!
The coaches are great not only at motivating but also tweaking / correcting any problems you might be having. May not always want to go to class at the end of a work day but am ALWAYS glad to have been there when I’m done! THANKS OTF Mainstreet family for all the fun!
I love that I don't have to think about anything! Just listen to the directions and do what they say. All of the coaches are so motivating, and I really appreciate that they give options to help you modify when needed or push yourself when you want to. I've been to about 30 studios and Reston coaches are the BEST!!!

Excellent instructors, friendly staff
We had a great class and looking forward to our next class.
We felt a little out of sorts when we came in. It was a new studio and had been over 4 years since doing OT. We signed up on line so we didn’t get the tour of the facilities so the break down of everything. But other than that, it was a great class. The instructor was clear, attentive and enjoyable.
I love that I don't have to think about it. I walk in, get to my station, and someone tells me what to do. It's amazing.

I like the accountability of signing up for a class instead a membership that is passive to a point of not attending a class. Coaches are great. I like that I never know what we are going to be doing in class that day so I dont dread or avoid something that is uncomfortable. I like the splats and stats.
It is never boring and always challenging. Trying to get the splat points makes it fun.
I just went twice and like the combination of exercises and the energy in the room specifically from the coaches
I love my coaches and the friends I have made who push me every time I go in for a workout. I like that they are different every time but still help me feel stronger, faster and more healthy. Everyone also is so supportive and makes you feel welcome
